41st ISHACON will be held at Pune from 23-25 January 2009.

Can I submit a paper in ISHA convention, if I am not a member of ISHA

No, you need to be affliated to ISHA. If you are  an undergraduate you can apply for student mebership, graduate /doctoral professional can either apply for ordinary membership or life membership.  

How long does it take to process ISHA membership application?
Applications for ISHA membership will be processed immediately upon receipt of documents and fee. In 2-4weeks indivadual   will receive a certificate. The membership number will be added to the National Office register and life members will regularly receive news letters from ISHA.
