After you submit the form you will get option to print the form. Take the print. Review for corrections if any. Please make corrections in the hard copy if any.
Along with the form, send the DD/Receipt of direct deposit/online transfer and the attested certificate to the ISHA secretary’s office at the earliest.
As soon as you submit the form you will receive an email to validate your email. It is compulsory to validate your email immediately.
You will also receive an email informing the status of your application form.
Upon the receipt of your DD, attested certificates they will be verified and approved.
Once your membership is approved you will receive an email informing about your membership number, username and password.
Log on to www.ishaindia.org.in and click on member login.
With your username and password log on to the site. It is advised that you change the password after your first login. For security reasons, it is advised you change your password occasionally.
Ignore the fields that are not compulsory for you.
Under proposer section, give your institutes/department’s head information and one ISHA life member’s information.
You please follow up with the ISHA member to respond and validate your credentials. Alternatively you can have them signed in the printed application from against their name and membership number.
Select "Student (UG)" under educational qualification section.
Give your current year as your year of passing.
Upload the letter/ID card issued by the department head/institute head that you are student of the institute/department under the educational qualification.
Upload RCI recognition of your Institute for the period of study.
With your username and password log on to the site and click on view certificate.
You can take the printout of your certificate for your records.
Contact Secretary if you are not able to print the certificate.

After your registration process is confirmed, log on to the ISHA website (www.ishaindia.org.in) using your username and password
Click on the certificate to view certificate.
You can take the printout/save the certificate for your records.

Send the hard copy of the life membership application form, copy of degree certificate (self attested), copy of your RCI certificate (self attested), payment details with ONE passport size and ONE stamp size photo to ISHA Head Office, Mysuru .
Once your membership is activated, you will get an auto generated mail to your email address.
Your life membership e-certificate will be activated and made available in your memberpage. Your membership card will be posted to the address mentioned in your application form.
If you do not receive a certificate / membership card within one month after approval, please contact ISHA office for the status.
After obtaining your life membership number, you can register under 'Central Directory'
